Refund policy
30 days, on any purchase. At $2 a verified refund is normally automatic — there is no threshold to meet, no reason to give, and nobody to convince.
The supporter prices are covered by exactly the same policy. Paying $10 for a $2 product does not buy a different refund window any more than it buys a different licence.

One email, or one link.
- Email the support address
- [email protected], from the address you bought with if you still have it. Include nothing else; the purchase record has what is needed.
- Or use the receipt
- Stripe’s receipt email reaches the same place. The refund is issued through Stripe to the original payment method.

What a refund actually changes.
A refund updates the server-side licence state and stops future purchase recovery for that purchase. It does not reach into a copy that is already activated: permanent offline behaviour takes precedence over aggressive revocation, which is the same property that means an outage cannot deactivate you.
The application keeps working in free mode, with one provider of your choice, the live meter, setup and updates — the same state a new installation lands in after its trial ends.
If you refunded by accident, buying again is $2. There is no penalty and no waiting period. See the pricing page or the terms summary.
